Sometimes it's nice to ...I think this is true. Sometimes it's nice to have someone to stand with or/and lean on. Sometimes you (trainers) or the motivation to do anything at all, and you don't want to do it by yourself. I think that if you focus on the needs of the client, it will be easier to determine if the client wants you to "give them the fish" or if the client wants you to "teach them to fish".
