Eat pie, stay balanced

Each week when I go grocery shopping I make sure to get a treat or two. But I know myself. I can't resist certain food like pie. So if I really want pie oftentimes I get a precut piece, not the entire thing.

This piece was shared between me & my husband because it was large, but we sometimes get one piece each. This is how I can always have what I want while keeping balance (because if I get the entire thing I'll eat it till it's gone, forget it) & I don't have to wait to 'cheat' because people it's not cheating it's balance. No guilt because I eat well and know that includes treats in moderation. By the way the pie was glorious. What balance tips do you have?
